The hotel completely satisfied all the purposes of my trip. The location is perfect for my needs, tons of food around, bus station is by the corner, taxi is available all the time, nice coffee-shop is inside, and the beautiful spa zone. Biiig thank you to all the receptionists, you are the best! Very professional and beautiful! Thank you to the security team, they worked hard to open the front door for us 24/7 and smiling all the time. Thanks to the mechanic team keeping up the Jacuzzi hot. We had a great time and i definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very near to small little restaurants and a 10min walk to some great bigger restaurants. There is a Big food shop also 10min away and on a good day 30min to the airport. The Red bus that goes to the beach goes and stops outside the supermarket and costs almost nothing. That goes to the hotel zone and all the beaches/clubs and if you want to go to the Isle of Mujeres. If you want to book a tour, the tour buses also stop right outside Smart hotel. The Mercado 23 and 28 is also a 35min walk away and easy to get too. Very safe area no problem at all and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Make sure you are not staying on the side near the big hotel air con as that is super loud and annoying and that you don't get a damp-smelling room. clean rooms and free water and a refrigerator, and a safe. The cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. The pool area is HUGE, the photos don't actually make it justice and got a lot of places to sunbathe. The hotel food is also delicious. I travel a lot and read these reviews like a hawk and I can honestly say this hotel was really good.

Room was smart, a good size and comfortable. We had fresh bottled water each day. The breakfast was a buffet and good value for money. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable of the area and helpful. Would stay here again. Excellent location for downtown. Excellent facilities if you wanted to stay at the hotel the whole time

The pool area is beautiful. The decoration is very modern. The breakfast is a buffet, and it is very good. The room has plenty of space. The location is ok if you need to be close to the airport, but you need to get a bus or taxi to go to the beach.

great staff, always ready to help with any questions. I really enjoyed the pool and the pool bar, very modern and nice. there are many supermarkets, restaurants and bars around. it was very clean all around the hotel

The hotel is located in a central area. Spacious rooms with comfy beds. No comforter was provided but they gave us blankets upon request. The staff were very helpful and kind. Beautiful and relaxing pool area.
